Bluestone is a beautiful, blue-hued sedimentary rock that can be cut into 1-inch or thicker pavers to be used as a surface for patios and walkways. When shopping for stone, visit several suppliers, as prices and availability can vary widely by region and seller. You can build a patio using stones of the same size, or you can choose a few different sizes to create an eye-catching geometric pattern.
