Another way to do it is have one Squirtle (any sex) and also have a Ditto and the two of them can breed. Where to go: The place you go to breed Pokemon is the DayCare Center in Solaceon Town. Solaceon Town is to the north east of HeartHome, and south west of Veilstone City. It is between routes 209 and 210.
