How Do You Boost Metabolism & Lose Weight?
“Hi, my name is Yolande Carson, and I’m an exercise specialist with FitnessByYo.com. In this clip, we’re going to show you how to boost metabolism and lose weight. You will need dumbbells. You will need a kettlebell. We’re going to start off with a circuit movement, which is where you work three exercises using three parts of the body. One of my favorite moves is a squat with a curl and press. So, you take your body down into a squat, you could use a neutral stance, come straight up, going to curl right into the chest, and then you’re going to go right into a press for the shoulders, and back down. So, it’s back down to the squat, lower body, you’re going to lift through the chest, curl for the biceps and then press for the shoulders. So, I want to do that probably about three to four sets, eight reps. You want to ramp your body up so you get those calories going, and all the way back down.
