How Do You Boil Vegetables For Beef & Broccoli?

0

“Today we are going to cook a very common Chinese dish beef and broccoli. After cutting the broccoli and the carrots into pieces we have to prepare a pot of boiling water and a little bit of salt and a little sugar that would keep the vegetables green. Then we would put the carrot pieces into the pot first because carrots take a longer time to cook and after probably 1-2 minutes we can start putting the broccoli pieces into the pot. In this case I’m using a wok for cooking put any pot and size would hold enough water it would work.
