How Do You Boil The Perfect Egg- Perfect Every Time?
No one ever knows how to boil an egg, right? Or you think, I don’t have time in the morning with kids and or a job. Your egg comes out either to runny or over done with some mystery green around the yoke. Never fear, this is a fail proof way to boil the perfect egg for any meal or occasion. Start with as many eggs as you want to boil. Put them in a medium sauce pan and fill the pan with cold water. The water should cover the eggs. Cover your pot with lid (it will allow the water to boil more quickly). Set your burner to high heat and let water come to a rolling boil. As soon as water is at a rolling boil, turn burner off and let pot sit covered for fifteen minutes. I put the pot on the back burner so the kids can’t touch it, set a timer, and do something else during this time (ie dress kids, make lunches, make grocery list, etc…). When your timer goes off, drain and cool eggs. They will be perfectly cooked with no hassle.
