How Do You Blend Ingredients For Pulled Chicken Enchiladas?

“We just drained our tomatillos with our onions, garlic, and our jalapeƱos in there. Now it’s time to go ahead and get the sauce going. I’ve got my blender here and I’m going to place all of my ingredients into the blender. It’s okay if you lose one. Alright, I’ve got everything in the blender. Before I blend it, one of the main things you want to do if you ever blend something that’s hot is you want to make sure that there’s a vent. If not, what happens is the pressure builds in your blender and your top will shoot off as well as all your sauce. You want to be very careful with blending hot ingredients. I’m going to leave this top here so I can kind of vent it just a little bit. I’m going to put it on low. There’s still a little bit of texture left, so now I’m going to put it on high for just a minute here. Perfect. I’m going to leave this off and we’re going to continue to add our other ingredients for this salsa.
