Have someone you know interview you and get used to saying your answers. When interviewing with human resources, they’ll probably ask you more general questions like: Why do you want to work here? What are your weaknesses? What are your strengths? Why did you leave your last job? Where do you see yourself in ten years? That kind of thing. But if you’re interviewing with someone from the actual department you’d like to work in, they’ll probably ask more about your past experience and why you think you’d be a good fit for this particular job.
