How Do You Best Prepare For A Job Interview Questions?
The best thing to do is prepare ahead of time. Think of all the questions they could ask you about yourself and your experience and practice answering them. Have someone you know interview you and get used to saying your answers. When interviewing with human resources, they’ll probably ask you more general questions like: Why do you want to work here? What are your weaknesses? What are your strengths? Why did you leave your last job? Where do you see yourself in ten years? That kind of thing. But if you’re interviewing with someone from the actual department you’d like to work in, they’ll probably ask more about your past experience and why you think you’d be a good fit for this particular job. Also, do your research about the company. For example, when I was interviewing for book publishing jobs, I made sure I knew which books they published and was familiar with some of their authors.
