How Do You Benefit From Google Desktop Gadgets Without Installing It?
Google Desktop provides a platform for you to install gadgets to help you get organized, get informed and have fun. However, you do not have to install Google Desktop to take advantage of the gadgets. With iGoogle, you can turn a personalized Google start page into a home for all of your gadgets. Navigate to the Google website and sign in to your Google account. If you do not have a Google account, you can click on “Get Started” to create one. Note the white bar across the top of the website. This bar is how you control what Google page you want to see. Choose “iGoogle” to start personalizing your own Google page. Click on the “Add Stuff” at the top of the website. This will take you to the selection of Google gadgets. Pick some Google gadgets to add to your iGoogle page.
