So many ideas and ways of peeling a hard boiled egg! Each person thinks their way is best naturally. Me too! I do believe mine is the easiest though. Give it a try. What do you have to loose? THE BOILING POT: Use a pot that is a bit larger than you actually need for the amount of eggs you are cooking. Peeling eggs this way calls for a bit of wiggle room. DRAIN THE HOT WATER: Once your eggs are boiled, drain all the hot water out of the pan. No need to be careful with the egges, but do watch that you don’t burn yourself from the steam or the hot water. You can simply tip the top of the pot against the sink and drain the water. You do not need to use the pot cover or a colander…unless you just want to! BOUNCY BOUNCE! Now here’s the reason for the pot to be a bit larger than you actually needed. With the water now drained, begin bouncing the eggs up and down in the pot. You are doing this obviously to begin cracking the shells. Do it until it looks as though each egg is pretty well crac
