How Do You Become Effective As A Leader?
I often hear the line that states “Leadership is a gift from God.” But I never got to realized it until I experienced being one. Albeit I was only elected as the leader of our small organization in the university, the experience gave me the feel and of course the firsthand experience of how a leader must work. It woke me up to the fact that anybody can be elected as leaders, but not all can become good leaders. In fact, I’ve known a lot of organizations that failed to pull it off from the challenges because they were misled by their leaders. I am not boasting that I am an excellent leader, but insofar as my organization is concern, I was able to finish my one-year-term and humbly did a few accomplishments. And with that, I am confidently sharing with you some tips. Be confident. People will not put you in a position of leadership if they do not have trust in you.
