If you want to be a WWE superstar when you grow up, read this… • Do push ups, sit ups, squats and other work outs to stay fit. You can’t become a professional wrestler if you aren’t fit. • Eat healthy food and make sure you’re over 90 pounds. • Jog every day. • Eat at least one fruit or vegetable a day. That also will help your body. • Ride your bike. Arm strength, coordination, leg strength and endurance will improve by bike riding. • Practice your bumps. To do this, just stand at about 3-4 feet depending on your height. Then slide your feet off the floor and land directly on your back. Force all the air out of your chest before landing because if you don’t then it will be VERY painful. Play wrestling with family or friends, but don’t hurt each other. Wrestle on a soft spot.
