How Do You Become A Warrant Officer In The Navy Reserve?
A warrant rank holds a very special place in the U.S. Navy. While considered the lowest-ranking officer designation, the warrant is actually a senior enlisted sailor who has been promoted because of a superior knowledge of specialized technical information, combined with highly developed leadership skills.
