An ambassador is a person that represents a group of people or a community. There are two different kinds of ambassadors, a diplomat and a non-diplomat. A diplomat ambassador is a high ranking person that represents his country with the accreditation of the country’s government. A non-diplomat ambassador is a person who serves as a representative of a group of people or organization in different kinds of activities. One kind of a non-diplomat ambassador is a student ambassador. Being a student ambassador comes with different obligations and duties. A student ambassador needs to promote and participate in campus activities. He needs to uphold the credibility of the campus by being a role model.
