How Do You Become A Knights Templar?
The Knights Templar is a branch of Masonism that is considered to be part of the York Rite. Unlike the other bodies in the rite (Speculative, Capitular and Cryptic), the Chivalric body, which includes the Templars, requires you to pledge allegiance to a specific faith to become a Knight’s Templar. To even be considered for inclusion in this order, you must be a Master Mason in good standing with any of the bodies. Step 1 Join a Masonic order as an apprentice and begin to follow its studies. Step 2 Achieve the rank of Mark Master. A Mark Master is a Mason who has mastered the lessons of regularity, discipline and integrity as taught in your order or body.
