Few jobs offer both the great outdoors as an office and the satisfaction of making a difference in nature, but a fish and game warden is able to combine both worlds. Responsible for upholding the hunting, fishing, trapping, conservation and park rules and laws, it is a job that requires both keen intelligence and love and respect of nature. Earn degree in biology, environmental science, criminal justice or any related program that includes wildlife management. During your education, take internships that allow you to work hands-on in the field. These may include hunting weigh stations, educational programs for children, offshore marine rescue, wildlife conservation lectures and wildlife census taking.
