How Do You Become A Druid In Shadowbane?
The Druid is one of the most powerful characters in Shadowbane. Powers such as Grasp of Thorns, Call Lightning and Earthquake make him a force to be reckoned with. Since all Druids are Healers, they can also recover health points during battle. However, the Druid is a tricky character to create. Failure to take the proper traits upon character creation will result in a very weak Druid which can’t function well within the game. Choose your base class in the New Character screen. The only class permitted for the Druid is Healer. Select your name and your race in the identity screen. Humans, Centaurs, Aelfborn and Elf may all promote to Druid. Human and Centaur are your best choices. Select starting traits such as Born of Irydnu, Brilliant Mind, Tough Hide and Tough as Nails. Add traits such as Divine Touch, Enhanced Constitution and Enhanced Intelligence as creation points allow. Be sure to increase the low maximum Intelligence of the Centaur.
