Anyone can create structure in their life by working at it with the right motives. The following steps provide some practical perspectives and guidance. Step 1 Discipline means “work.” There are no “quick and easy” short cuts. Step 2 Begin where you are with simple things; i.e., hang up your clothes, make your bed, clean up after yourself, avoid making unnecessary work for others. Step 3 Train your body: 1. Practice relaxed body movements; do not fidget, shift, or scratch. 2. Keep your hands still at your sides. 3. Shake hands firmly and warmly. 4. Stand, sit, and walk tall. 5.
