The Certified Property Manager (CPM) credential requires a candidate to undergo an extensive certification process including a wide range of educational, experience, ethics and examination requirements. This is one of the three real estate management certifications offered by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). You will need to submit your CPM candidate application (with your application fee and three letters of recommendation), hold a valid real estate license (or provide proof that it is not required) and agree to the IREM Code of Professional Ethics.
