How Do You Become A Certified Horse Trainer?
“This is Maggie Connolly here at Admiral T. Farms and I’m going to discuss how to become a Certified Trainer. There are many horse disciplines out there and in order to make sure that you have reached the certification level of that discipline, you can always contact the governing body for that discipline and they will let you know what the application process is and what the criteria is in order to reach certification within that discipline. Be prepared that more than likely no matter what discipline you choose to be certified in that they are going to require a written test that will be partially of answering questions as well as an essay portion to that test and it’s going to cover a gambit of not only in your discipline but a variety of all horse criteria, everything from what you do for First Aid if a horse happens to get struck by lightening all the way to utilizing and knowing every type of bit and what its use is for.
