The ****cat Dolls were originally a burlesque troupe featuring such celebrities as Carmen Electra, Christina Aguilera and Christina Applegate. In 2002, the ****cat Dolls were transformed into a pop and R&B musical act by music producers Jimmy Iovine and Ron Fair and completely recast. Have experience with burlesque dancing to become a ****cat Doll. When auditioning to join the troupe, you will need to perform burlesque routines, preferably one from the ****cat Doll’s repertoire. While skill and uniqueness are definitely an asset, you will need to prove that you can blend with the troupe. Possess a good singing voice. Again, you will need to establish yourself as a performer with an excellent and distinctive singing voice, but at the same time be able to harmonize with the others as a backing vocalist.
