Make sure you have someone there to help you with adjusting to your new bundle of joy. If needed find a support group for new mothers. There are resources out there use them! You may not like the idea of having a friend or in-law helping you for a few weeks, take advantage of the help! What you need is some time to focus on yourself. Take a nap, go shopping, or even soak in the tub for a while without any interruptions. Eventually you will start feeling better about yourself and your roll of a new mommy if you are relaxed and feeling good about yourself! You baby will be happier to!
