How Do You Be A Ninja (Teen Female)?
• Running Shoes Train. Try running at least a half hour a day, trust me it gets easier. And then at least 15 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of yoga. To be a ninja you have to be fit, and it will make you look good too! Training takes dedication and its best to reward yourself, train with a friend or do a sport. It is good to get involved in cheerleading or gymnastics, if you can. • Continue your training, and start incorporating your ninja skills. You first need to find a place where you can practice skills like jumping, climbing and flipping. Once you are able to find that place whether it be in a house a room or outside start designing what you want to be able to do after your done. • Learn different things like flips and jumps. The best place to take inspiration from is parkour and gymnastics.
