How Do You Be A More Valuable Employee?
Today, being considered a valuable employee can make or break your job. Every week, there are more job layoffs, more people becoming unemployed. If you can make yourself irreplaceable at your job, you can protect your position at your company! Keep busy. Don’t stop working, if you run out of projects to do, try to go above and beyond and help out others, ask to be trained on other parts of your job (if applicable). Don’t slow down, remember, a busy employee creates a higher profit than a lazy employee. Be on time. Where possible, be early. Being punctual will show your diligence to your job.
