A driving instructor is a car-driving trainer licensed and tested by the Driving Standards Agency. In order for driving instructors to charge their services, they must be qualified and must follow the legal requirements set by the United States. This makes sure that students will only be trained in capable hands always to prevent accidents. In some parts of the globe, there may be a free supervision or tuition program that maybe given to individuals that are over 21 years old.
