How Do You Be A Christian Stepmom?
Whether you came into your step parent situation before you chose to be a Christian or after, whether it is a result of death or marriage, whether the natural mom is in the picture or not, whether the natural mom is a Christian or not…these are steps that you can follow to honor GOD and your position. Accept it! This has been (and still is) a huge battle for me. My dreams did not consist of being someone’s step mom and my guess is that most kids don’t grow up with the desire to be step children. We are all “whole” and as soon as you put the word “step” in front of anything it seems to emphasis a giant “hole”. Understand!
