How Do You Be A Christian Father?
Being a Christian father flows from the love of God. This love is founded on a relationship with Christ Jesus. Love is the ability to practice grace, kindness and forgiveness toward children. It contains an ethic and morality that is based on Holy Scripture. Spend time with your children. They grow up fast in this busy life. Watch TV, interact with homework, share work and projects around the house and go to church as a family. This builds unity and mutual love for God and you. Build up your children’s self-esteem. Give confidence to your sons and daughters in what they do. Show them how proud you are as their dad whether it involves school or personal ambitions. A few kind words make a big difference in how children feel about themselves as they grow. Pray together. Not only for special requests, mealtimes or holidays but for each other’s needs. This shows your concerns and teaches how God interacts with our lives. Read the Bible as a family. A verse read by the children before meals
