How Do You Barbecue Corn On The Cob?
Summer time means fresh produce, and none tastes better on the barbecue grill than corn on the cob. Grilling keeps kernels crisp and brings out the natural sweetness of the corn. Take off the large outer husks and silk of corn on the cob, but keep the inner husk layers intact. Soak in very cold water for about 15 minutes. Shake off excess water. Place corn ears on grill, leaving just enough off the grate to handle without burning your hand. Cook for five minutes, turn on grill and cook other side for five additional minutes.
