How Do You Bake Zucchini Bread With Lemon Icing?
Enjoy one of my family’s favorite recipes! This recipe along with many others located under my avatar were first produced and used frequently by my grandparents and their parents. I wanted to pass on the recipes so that your family can enjoy them like I have over the years. Instructions for bread: Mix all the ingredients except eggs, olive oil, and vanilla. In another bowl, mix eggs, olive oil, and vanilla and pour over the flour mix and stir until mixed. Pour into muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. OR pour into 2 9 X 5 bake pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Instructions for icing: Combine all ingredients and drizzle on room temperature cake.
