How Do You Bake TRADITIONAL BANANA NUT MUFFINS?
Banana nut muffins are a traditional muffin that many of you have either had or made as some time or another. But, you have never tried how delicious my recipe for my Traditional Banana nut Muffins are! They use Agave Nectar, which does not elevate blood sugars, so people with sugar sensitivities can enjoy a muffin, too! Be sure to check with your doctor first, of course. It will soon become a family favorite! Remember…old fashioned recipes are always the best! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tins and flour lightly. In your mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, combine eggs, bananas, Agave nectar, and olive oil. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.Batter will be lumpy. Fold in walnuts and pecans. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned.
