I try to stay away from sweets for the most part but my wife loves to bake and the Time-Saver Chocolate Cake is one of my favorite sugary desserts. This cake is a time-save but is also not to rich, making it perfect for an after dinner dessert. Ingredients 2 c. all-purpose flour 2 c. sugar ¼ c. baking cocoa ½ c margarine 1 c. water 1 t. vanilla extract ½ c buttermilk ½ t. baking soda 1 t. cinnamon 2 eggs Combine flour and sugar in a large mixing bowl; set aside. Add baking cocoa, margarine, water and vanilla to a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat; pour into flour mixture. Add remaining ingredients; mix well Spread in a greased and floured 13″X9″ baking pan; bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick inserted in the center removes clean, about 30 minutes. Remove from over; spread frosting over warm cake. Cut into squares to serve. Makes 24 servings. Frosting Ingredients ½ c. margarine 6 T. milk ¼ c. baking cocoa 1-lb pkg. powdered sugar Place margarine, milk and bak
