How Do You Bake Simple Holiday Cake Cookies?
When it’s cold outside, there are few things that are as satisfying as a fresh baked batch of cookies. Being the holiday season though, we don’t always have a lot of time to be spent baking in the kitchen. The recipe below will give you the best of both worlds…great cookies with very little work! Next time you are at the store, grab a box of your favorite cake mix. Depending on the occasion or the holiday, certain flavors or colors may be more suitable than others. I usually choose Funfetti Cake Mix by Pillsbury. In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat two eggs with 1/3 cup of vegetable oil. Slowly add in the cake mix and blend thoroughly with a wisk or an electric mixer. Add in your favorite toppings. Chocolate chips, nuts, and m&m candies are some of my favorite ingredients.
