How Do You Bake Molten Chocolate Cakes?
Have you ever wondered how chefs make those molten cakes turn out so gooey and perfect? They are easier than you would think to make and only uses a few key ingredients! There also is not a ‘secret’ technique that you need to master before baking these like you might have guessed.. with just a few minutes of time you will be eating and enjoying these little treasures! Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Using the ingredients4 squares semi-sweet chocolate (1/2c. ), 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 6 tbsp. flour, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute or until the butter has almost completely melted. Make sure to watch it so that the butter does not become completely melted other wise the consistency will not hold shape. Take chocolate and butter out of the microwave and slowly mix together until all of the chocolate has melted. (You also do not want the chocolate to completely melt in the microwave.) Add the powdered sugar to the
