How Do You Bake Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies?
I recently had to come up with a peanut butter dessert for someone who was allergic to wheat and gluten since they are gluten free. I found that these flourless peanut butter cookies were perfect, rich and delicious. Not to mention extremely easy to make and transport. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. If your oven runs slightly cooler than normal, like mine, make that 375 degrees. Gather all of your ingredients together. 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg I personally like crunchy peanut butter because you get the real pieces of peanut in the cookies or you could add extra peanuts into a smooth peanut butter. I also use 1/2 cup white sugar with 1/2 cup brown sugar. But you could use all brown or even use Splenda if you didn’t want use sugar at all. Place all of your ingredients in a medium bowl and beat with a hand beater on the lowest setting until all of the ingredients are well blended. If you are using brown sugar make sure all of the lumps are mixed in. The mix will look kind
