How Do You Bake Easy Mexican Chicken With Cilantro?
This is a crazy easy chicken recipe that’s not boring and only takes a few minutes and it’s pretty healthy. Once it’s in the oven you have 35 minutes to take care of life! Place four chicken breasts in an oven safe dish. Salt and pepper well. Pour your can of enchilada sauce over the chicken. the dish shouldn’t be too big so your chicken is swimming in sauce. Chop your entire bunch of cilantro. Make sure it’s pretty fine so there aren’t big pieces of cilantro in the sauce. Cover the chicken and sauce with the cilantro then stir just a little so most of the herb is actually in the sauce. then sprinkle a little bit of your left over cilantro on top. Bake this beautiful dish at 325 for 35 minutes. The sauce should be bubbly and your house should smell really really good. Take the dish out, be careful it will be hot, and sprinkle your grated cheese on top. Put it back in the over for five minutes or just long enough to melt the cheese.
