How Do You Bake Chocolate Muffins Costco Style?
If you love Costco muffins you’ll love this recipe! These muffins are just as moist, decadent and delightful as the ones you get from Costco. Bake this batter as muffins of any size (mini, regular, or jumbo), or make it the centerpeice of your next party but baking it as a bundt cake. In a large bowl, mix the chocolate cake mix with dry chocolate pudding mix, eggs, oil, water, vanilla, and sour cream until well incorporated. Gently fold in the chocolate chips. Lightly grease muffin pan(s) or a bundt pan with cooking spray and fill each hole 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 350 degrees Faranheit for approximately 30 minutes for muffins or 50-55 minutes for cake or until done when pricked with a toothpick. Baking time will vary depending on if you are making mini, regular or jumbo muffins. Cool for 15 minutes. If baked in a bundt pan, turn out onto serving platter after sufficiently cooled. Sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration.
