How Do You Bake An Artichoke Dip Recipe?
Artichoke Dip is one of my favorite dishes. I love this recipe. It a great alternative to adding mayonnaise. Preheat the over to 350 Degrees. Add the artichokes, tofu, and garlic in the food processor and or blender (puree ingredients). In a large bowl add the parmesan cheese, yogurt, salt, and cayenne, use a whisk or fork to mix. After mixing add the puree from the blender/processor into a baking dish. Bake uncovered about 45 minutes, if you add a little Parmesan Cheese at the top wait until it starts to brown. It makes about 3 cups of Dip.
