Baking is something that anyone can do. I am not much of a cook, but I have found ways to create great simple and healthy dishes from scratch using only the bare essentials and the least effort. When I say healthy, I am not so much referring to this cake, but we can all agree that if you bought a cake at a store, the list of ingredients would be 10 times what really needs to be in there.
