How Do You Bake A Banana Cake The Easy Way?
I learned this recipe when I became a cook. I had to find ways to short cut my cooking but still bring out that home cook taste. This recipe is perfect for those who likes to saves alot of time in the kitchen. Garnishing the cake is the best part. It is so easy to do. Pre heat your oven as directed on the cake mix box. Puree three very ripe bananas. Prepare the cake mix with eggs, oil and water as directed on the package. Pour the puree bananas into the cake batter and mix about two to three minutes. Grease a 13*9 baking pan all over inside with pan spray or butter. Pour the banana cake batter into the grease pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Take the cake out of oven and let it cool in refrigerator. When it is cool, put confectionery sugar into a mesh strainer and shake it over the cake for a beautiful topping.
