How Do You Back Up Internet Explorer Favorites?

0

Back up your Internet Explorer favorites to preserve your bookmarks if you need to reinstall Windows or use the same favorites on another computer. Insert a blank disk into the floppy disk drive (or other removable disk drive). Double-click My Computer. Double-click the hard disk icon (usually C:). Double-click the Windows folder. Right-click the Favorites folder and choose Send To from the menu that appears. Select 3 1/2 Floppy (A) or the drive containing the blank disk. The favorites file is copied. Remove the disk from the drive. To use the favorites on this or another computer, drag the Favorites folder on the disk to the Windows folder on the computer.
