How Do You Avoid Ugly Pregnancy Stretch Marks?
I received lots of advice when I was pregnant about how to avoid stretch marks, but here is what I didn’t know. Purchase a quality product, this is not something you want to be cheap with. I used Palmer’s Cocoa Butter lotion. Use it! Apply it everyday, but not just to your belly. This is where the advice I received was horribly wrong. You will not just get stretchmarks on your belly. They can show up anywhere from your armpits to your knees. Pay close attention to your belly, sides, love handles, thighs and breasts. Another thing no one told me….after giving birth your belly will be covered in stretch marks. It will look like a deflated balloon. At first I thought all the lotion was a waste of time, but I kept up with it until my belly was flat (well flat as it ever was) again and they all went away. My belly is stretch mark free today! Hopefully, you will walk away from your pregnancy with a healthy beautiful baby and a stretch mark free body!
