How Do You Avoid Ruining Clothing With Bleach?
• An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Be very careful with the bleach and keep all colored clothes away from the bleach as you pour it (and when the bleach container is open). • If you get bleach on one of your colored shirts, rinse the spot with cold water right away and blot it with a paper towel. • After washing it do not put it in the wash with other colored clothes. It’s better to be safe than sorry because you don’t know if there is any bleach remaining on the article of clothing. • Wait at least 2 hours before washing it with other clothes. Hang to dry as usual.
