Do you ever notice how after you’ve been someplace, hung out with someone or watched something on television you may feel tired, sad, anxious or fearful? Chances are you’ve been bombarded with some negative energy. The good news is there are ways to avoid negative energy and keep your thoughts and energy bright and positive. Here’s how. Avoid negative people who never have anything nice to say or are unable to see the bright side of things. Unless you’re their therapist or health care worker, you are not obligated to be a sounding board for misery. If you find your friends or family are very negative, create healthy boundaries so you spend limited time around it.
