As a MySpace member, you have the option of adding an MP3 player to display and play your music playlists on your profile. The initial player comes with a standard set of controls that allow a visitor to play, pause and stop the media as she chooses. However, you also have the option to make your music start automatically. Even more, you have the ability to make other members’ music players self-activate using the settings in your MySpace account. Point your browser to the MySpace website and log in to your account. Click the “My Account” link on the right and then click the “Miscellaneous” link that appears on the page. Scroll down to the “Music Players” section. Click the boxes next to “Automatically play the first song for visitors that are logged-in” and “Allow other people’s profile and artist music players to automatically start.” Click the “Save All Changes” button. The MP3 players on both your profile and the ones you navigate to will now start automatically.
