It is a portable multi-coated achromatic refractor telescope with a tube dimension of 12 by 50 cm. It has an altitude (up and down) and azimuth (left and right) mount that controls its movement. Detach the tube rings-multi-function plate assembly from the telescope by releasing the nuts from the hinges. Find the black wheel directly underneath the mounting platform on the Alt-Az mount. Turn the wheel while holding the tube rings firmly in place. Remember that the tube rings will hold the telescope in place. Attach the telescope tube to the tube rings.
