How Do You Attach PC Keys To Keyboards?
Keys can be (re)attached to a keyboard in different ways, depending upon the keyboard model of your computer. Some keyboards have the entire key attachment mechanism installed into the keyboard itself, meaning there are no extra parts to deal with. If this is your type of keyboard, all you have to do is simply pop the key back into place. On the other hand, some keyboards–especially laptop PC keyboards–hold the keys in place through a retaining clip, which is attached to the back of the key. If this retaining clip gets detached from the keyboard, it can prove very difficult to reattach, especially if you have large hands. Determine which parts of the key are still connected to the keyboard.
