Here I’ll walk you through how to put one of these together as the directions are a little shady. Take all of the parts out of the box and lay them out seperately. Set the base where you want it and fill it up two inches short of the top with water. If you need it heavier put in sand after the water. Put the first ring on and screw it the bolts in order bolt, lock washer, flat washer ring. Put second ring on the same way as the first. If it doesn’t line up right try just using the flat washers and not the lock washers. You should be able to screw the bolts in. Screw the column onto the second ring where the threads are. Put the big foam circle in the top of the bag. If it doesn’t fit you can peel off the outside layer of foam. Put in the thick foam then the weird looking foam. Fill up random loose spots with rags or old t shirts. Zip up the bag and slide the inside column in. Slide the bag on top of the stand. Now you’re all set.
