There is one correct way to put these pieces together to create a dress uniform belt. Open the package and lay out the contents to make sure you have every element you need. If any component is missing, return the kit and exchange it for a new one. Lay out the items in order on a table. You will have one piece of white belt webbing, two brass D-rings, one brass buckle, and one brass keeper, where the buckle will grab.
