Make sure to have the “rough” side or adhesive side down on the fabric scrap. • Press the area with a medium-cool iron. • Place the template on the bondaweb and carefully trace around it using a pencil. • Cut out the appliqué. • Peel the backing paper off the bondaweb and position it on the bib. • Press again with the iron using a medium-cool heat setting. • Turn the bib over and press on the other side. • Place the template on the interlining and make a rough cut around it. • Pin a few sewing pins on the right side of the bib. • Apply the rough cut interlining piece on the wrong side of the bib using the sewing pins as a placement guide.
