Make meat for a French Dip Sandwich in your slow cooker. It’s so good you’ll want to make it again and again…. Trim excess fat from rump roast. Place meat in crock pot. Add the beer, beef broth and the French onion soup. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove, drain, and slice meat on the diagonal. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split rolls, and spread with butter. Top with cheese. Warm in oven, just until heated through. Remove rolls from oven, top with sliced meat. Serve with juice from crock pot for dipping.
