How Do You Align Headlights For A Jeep?

0

The headlights on your Jeep may be misaligned if you have recently replaced the housing assembly. To adjust the headlights, you will need to turn two adjustment screws. These screws are located on the top and on the inside edge of the housing assembly. The top screw moves the headlight beam up and down, while the inside screw moves the headlight beam left or right. Park your Jeep facing a wall. Make sure the headlights sit approximately 20 to 25 feet away from the surface of the wall. Turn on the headlights. Open the hood and turn the adjustment screws so that the headlight beam shines toward the bottom of the wall where the wall meets the ground, and toward the center of the Jeep.
